Europa League final team news: Predicted Eintracht Frankfurt starting lineup against Rangers

Eintracht Frankfurt will be going for Europa League glory when they take on Rangers in the final on Wednesday.

It has been an eventful run to the final for Frankfurt, who managed to overcome Barcelona and West Ham to reach this stage.

Kevin Trapp, who has already made 45 appearances for Frankfurt this season across all competitions, seems set to start in goal.

Martin Hinteregger will miss the rest of the season because of a hamstring injury.

Frankfurt could deploy a back three of Almamy Toure, Evan N'Dicka and Tuta in the final.

Right wingback Erik Durm isn't eligible to feature in the Europa League, but Ansgar Knauff caused numerous problems for West Ham and could feature in that spot with Filip Kostic on the opposite flank.

Djibril Sow is set to partner Sebastian Rode in central midfield.

The lively Daichi Kamada could play with Jens Petter Hauge behind striker Rafael Borre.

Borre has been influential for Eintracht Frankfurt in his first season, bagging 11 goals and eight assists in all competitions. In the Europa League he has scored against Barcelona and West Ham en route to the final.

Hauge, on loan from AC Milan, has mainly served in a sub role this season, coming off the bench in 26 of his 37 appearances in the Bundesliga and Europa League.

If the Norwegian starts, it will be only his third inclusion in a Europa League starting lineup, featuring in the second leg against West Ham.
