Ezra Miller: court is unable to locate actor to serve papers

After the parents of an 18-year-old were given a protective order against the actor, a court was unable to locate him.

The Fantastic Beasts star was accused earlier this month of using violence and other forms of intimidation to sway Tokata Iron Ears

An 18-year-old environmental activist.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Tokata's parents, Chase Iron Eyes and Sara Jumping Eagle

Had an interim order granted by the Standing Rock Sioux tribal court in North Dakota last week

Accusing Miller of "psychologically manipulating, physically intimidating, and endangering the safety and welfare of Tokata Iron Eyes."

The petition, however, claims that "the Court cannot find or serve" Miller the papers

And Chase Iron Eyes told the newspaper that he and the court "have no knowledge where Tokata and Ezra are to get support from other jurisdictions"

For the next 30 days, Miller is not allowed to "touch or harass" Tokata, Chase Iron Eyes, or Jumping Eagle

Miller has been arrested several times in recent months, including for disorderly conduct and harassment in a Hawaii karaoke bar

As well as for allegedly striking a woman with a chair. The actor has remained silent about the incidents.
