Iggy Azalea flaunts her twisting curves and sunny bikini style! On Wednesday, the rapper resorted to social media to share a selfie of herself in an orange beach suit. She captioned the Instagram photo, "Forever smiling on me."

1.        Do Eat Clean

Iggy understands that the secret to flat abs is as much about diet as it is about workout. She claimed she eats exceptionally clean during an Instagram Q&A.

"Diet is what works for me," she explained. "When I eat, I keep everything simple and clean. My abs start to show more when I eat whole fruits (foods), meat, and vegetables."

2.    Do Twerk

Twerking, according to Iggy, also helps her stay in shape. She credited her weight loss to twerking during preparations for her "Mo Bounce" video, according to an interview with Nova 96.9.

"It's a lot—I went on a diet before the video because I knew I'd have to dance in a really revealing outfit," she added. "I did a lot of rehearsals, and dancing to that song made me lose 15 pounds in a week!"

3. Don't Eat Processed Foods

When she wants to lose weight, she cuts processed meals, carbs, and sweets, according to a source close to the rapper (via Hollywood Life).

Iggy is all about having a cheat day or meal every now and again. "Iggy has been really committed to fitness and healthy eating," the source told Hollywood Life, "but she still has cheat days and allows herself to indulge once in a while."

"She isn't too hard on herself, and she understands that treating herself every now and again keeps her motivated in the long term."

"I think it's like that for all human beings, not just young women … I think maybe feeling confident or 100% every day is something to aspire to, but I don't know if it's humanly possible for anybody."
